What is included in a cleaning?

Which cleaner will come to my place?

Our cleaners are handpicked, vetted and continuously trained to meet the highest standard.
Based on the time and date of your request, we work to assign the best cleaner available.
You will receive an email with details about your cleaner prior to your appointment.

Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

You can reschedule any booking for free at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. If you need to skip a booking within your Cleaning Plan, we’ll credit the value of the booking to your account. You can use this credit during your calendar month but cannot carry over unused cleanings from one month to the other. During the holidays we will refund you unused cleanings.

What is your Cleaning Plan cancellation policy?

We charge you each month for your Cleaning Plan. You can cancel your Cleaning Plan anytime before your new Cleaning Plan period starts.

Where does Good Cleaners Finder Operate?

We are currently covering Switzerland and The Netherlands.. Please stay tuned as more countries are announced.
